We're looking for an A-Player; someone who is a go-getter, can take the lead and oversee our team of Implementations Managers. A Raccoon who is organised and can prioritise according to backlog, operational requirements and our hoteliers needs. Our growing team of 91 heads is working from 10 offices all over the world!

Your role:

The mission of RoomRaccoon's Team Lead: Implementations is to successfully co-ordinate our team of Implementation Managers in delivering quality software onboardings to our clients. This role will have a global scope and manage, report on and successfully deliver on department objectives and goals. 


You will be accountable for:

  • Managing a team of Implementation Managers that operate globally in different markets 

  • Upskilling and ensuring the team's growth under your leadership

  • Zero unacceptable implementation phase client cancellations 

  • Delivery of targeted number of software Implementations per month.

  • Delivery of software implementations within our Service level agreements  

  • Handling of escalated product queries, third party software integrations and billing related queries. 

  • Technical management of back office client deliverables and workflow

  • Successful management and reduction of the implementation backlog 

  • Consistently reviewing the departments Contact points with customers and working closely with the Head of Implementation to reduce these.

  • Ensuring alignment with Sales teams and Operations teams

  • Analyzing the existing Implementation Programme and developing strategic improvements.

  • Being able to work flexible hours occasionally to service clients in different time zones.


Our perfect fit has/is:

  • Tertiary level Qualification 

  • 3 - 5 years experience in Software industry 

  • Very organized and can coordinate multiple projects. 

  • Proactive and self starter

  • Advanced MS excel skills

  • SQL experience an advantage

  • Fast moving

  • Communicates clearly and concisely
