Your role

The mission of our Chief of Staff is to help RoomRaccoon become the World’s #1 Hotel Management System by supporting our CEO and Senior Leadership Team with organisational duties and structure. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing scheduling meetings for the CEO

  • Advising CEO on eg. priorities

  • Providing content to the Senior Leadership Team to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities and following up appropriately

  • Taking and distributing minutes of meetings and allocating actionables to the necessary personnel

  • Optimising meeting agendas and advising of necessary steps to be taken 

  • Drafting, reviewing and sending organisation wide communication from the Senior Leadership Team

  • Answering phone calls and promptly relaying the information

  • Document management for the Senior Leadership Team

  • Acting as first line on inboxes of the CEO & co-founder

  • Working with our travel agent on best itineraries for the  CEO & co-founder

  • Arranging the quarterly offsite event for the Senior Leadership Team 

  • Collaborating with the Head of People around people matters and company wide events 

  • Maintaining professionalism and strict confidentiality in all your dealings 

  • Ad-hoc duties related to coordination and administration 

You will be accountable for

  • The organisation of the CEO’s schedule and documents

  • Coordination and preparation of strategic plans.

  • Collaboration with the Senior Leadership Team and Head of People

  • Support to the Senior Leadership Team through meeting materials, information and ensuring execution on deliverables

  • Support to the entire organisation through company wide communication that is clear and empathetic when needed

Our perfect fit has/is

  • A relevant university level degree

  • Speaks & writes English on a native speaker level

  • 5+ years of relevant senior management level experience

  • Strong people intuition

  • Direct & open communication style

  • Strong time management skills and ability to multitask various projects at the same time
