I am working at an international super-fast growing tech company and we are revolutionising hoteliers around the globe. RoomRaccoon is awarded the world's best Hotel Management System for 2 years in a row and empowers hoteliers to run their property way more effectively. Our growing team of 91 heads is working from 10 offices all over the world!
You will be responsible for helping our existing customers leverage the full power of RoomRaccoon by upselling a range of upgrades. These upgrades range from our own premium services including automated customer upselling and entry-level revenue management to integrations with an extensive marketplace of connectivity partners covering accounting automation, point of sale, door lock, third-party revenue management software, and much more. Your primary responsibilities will be:
Selling upgrades to our extensive range of French-speaking hoteliers;
Following up internally generated leads by our dedicated customer content marketing team within agreed response times;
Managing your lead pipeline, never losing a deal opportunity out of sight;
Reaching out to hoteliers directly, to advise them of the added benefits of RoomRaccoon
Deliver demos to interested hoteliers demonstrating the scope of RaccoonPay and added benefits.
Develop a deep understanding of our product suite and competitor pricing and product offering.
You will spend your days showcasing RoomRaccoon hoteliers how to get the very best of our product and how the many upgrades we offer can enable them to further level-up their hotel operations, saving them time, and costs and generating them more revenue!
